is committed to providing you with the resources you need to ensure that your
CRM experience is successful. That's why training and support are included in
every Redtail subscription.
Telephone support is available Monday through Friday (except on Holidays and
Special Event days) from 5am Pacific until 5pm Pacific.
Call us at (800) 206-5030 and press Option 3.
Email support is available everyday, all day (Holidays included). When you email
Redtail Support a help desk ticket is automatically created for you.
